About Me

Born and raised in Downers Grove, Illinois, McKenna Sloan Georgia is widely recognized for her collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication. From an early age, she has achieved significantly both academically and in sports, particularly volleyball, while also displaying exemplary leadership and commitment. Growing up in Riverside, IL, she attended Riverside Brookfield High School, a period that was instrumental in shaping her identity. 

As a diligent student, she consistently excelled, securing a place in the top 10 of her 500-strong class and maintaining Honor Roll status each year. Her high school years were enriched by her involvement in various clubs, including the National Honors Society, Girls Who Code, Student Association, and Best Buddies, where she played a key role in fostering inclusivity and raising awareness for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Her high school journey was not just confined to academics. She also showcased her talent in volleyball, playing as a valuable team member of her school's varsity volleyball team for three years and captaining the team during her senior year. Furthermore, she extended her volleyball commitment to club teams, playing for both Chicago Elite and New Wave. This diverse high school experience laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors, blending academic rigor with athletic excellence and community involvement. McKenna Sloan's journey through these formative years highlights a balance of intellectual pursuit, athletic dedication, and social responsibility, attributes that have become hallmarks of her character.
